Dinner 4/29/2010 spaghetti carbonara with basil, pinenuts and ramps.

This is just Spaghetti Carbonara where I sauteéd ramp bulbs with with the bacon and onions and added fresh basil and ramp tops after adding the pasta to the sauce.

late dinner 4/28/2010 roasted sausage with sauteéd escarole.
Breakfast 5/2/2010 Roasted asparagus with 2 egss sunnyside up and basil.
